Wow Lagging like CRAZY

since honorbuddy is locked to 32bit and the game is so much better looking then back in the day can this cause a issue ? im running on low settings lowest of them all and locked to 30fps and i still cant go abov 10 fps and it should not be a problem for my pc i7 4790k clocked to 4,8ghz, gtx 980ti and 24 gb of ram

any wow addons enabled?

also set wow process on higher than normal priority
