WoW lagging and getting stucked in loading screen after clearing cache

Hey guys,

I cleared the cache of wow and HB. Now my client is lagging (not internet connection, its below 30 ms). Sometimes i cant even log in. And its getting stucked often at the loading screen at 0%.

You guys had problems like this too?
Any solutions beside fresh install?

I ran the built-in repair tool and it didnt solved the problem.
