Hey guy's im curious as to how this works. If i want to run 5x accounts on my main system all under the same VPN IP, i want them all to have their own copy of WoW right? So would copy/pasteing the wow folder 5 times be sufficient or is there a different way im sapposed to do it? Normaly i run each bot in a VM, but i just lost 13/16 accounts, 4 of which were less then 10 hours old and were lvl 24. The only thing they all had in common was the 13 banned were in a VM, the 3 survived were NOT in a VM.

If you copy-paste the WoW folder, Blizzard will be able to see that. Fresh installs always - IMO.
My ideal set up:
Linux host OS
5x VMWare Windows 7
5x HWID hax for each VM
Completely fresh installs for everything - no copypasta at all
But then again, I may be a bit too paranoid - but can you really be that in this 'business'?

ye remember about tinfoil hat .. they can track you down ... no vm 20 bots same ip going strong for 10 weeks now...

Thank you,

where can I learn more about this:

5x HWID hax for each VM

Does that refer to changing the Hard Disk Serial number? (the VolumeID) on each VM? Doesn't Windows use a random ID anyway for each machine (so if you have 5 separate VM machines with their own fresh Windows 7, isn't the hardware ID different for each anyway or no?)

I've been running teams for years and I don't get this paranoid with it. I am paranoid in my actions IN GAME ... not so much the initial setup.
As for the questions on VM setup, there a bookooo threads on this forum about VM; queue up a search pattern and away you go.

A lot of the time you can argue that you're connected to a single wireless network, and/or play from a gaming center which would explain the single IP ... bam, done.
