HB causes my wow to crash every min when running Dungeon buddy

You've got several things going on here.

First, there are some network-related problems. Please follow the steps in the section labeled "To Remedy a non-specific Authentication Failed" in this article:

Next, please make certain you have the WoWclient in 'windowed' mode, not 'fullscreen' mode.

After that, to address your complaint...
Let's try switching the WoWclient from DX11 mode to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:

Found the problem. I sometimes do remote work and use a Fortigate SSL VPN tunnel client, when that is connected, it crashes constantly
