Wow freezes up in raid

Trying Ds today on shammy.

Froze up 3 times inside and lags every few seconds.

Dc'd once also in that fight.

unplayable being a healer atm.

Anything looks odd in my log? I havnt changed a thing since last week and then all was fine.
