WOW freezes after startup HB

On Win8 WOW crash after startup HB.
On Win7 everything works well.

Have you tried running https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html ? I would try it ....from a new fresh install of HB. It looks like either something isn't installed or isn't installed properly.

Yes, I used new instal and BuddyWizard.
Yes, I used the Russian WoW.
It seems to me that the problem is HBrelog. But without HBrelog work is not possible. Has already begun to reinstall Windows to 7 :-((

I would try first to run DX9 and see if that fixes the problem. If you're already running DX9, then try DX11. If that still doesn't work, do a fresh install with no extra plugins and see if HB works fine. Then add your plugins/modifications back in one by one until you find the culprit.

Im running HB at home right now on Windows 8.1 Pro.
