Wow fps problem

Im not sure if this is a problem that cant be solved without me buying a new pc but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to boost my fps whilst running hb because it comes down to about 5fps with the latest version making it very annoying to bot...

1. Graphics are on lowest
2. Using Game Booster
3. Nothing else is running on the system.

Any ingame WoW addons enabled? Disable those, especially archy seems to drop fps.

no i turn all off except 1 bag and postal.
I disable a dependency on atlas loot dbm does that shut the whole thing off cause i know how sneaky blizzard can be

These settings increased my fps from 30 to 60 and i'm using High Texture settings etc. Having even projected textures on. Plus i have a non overclocked Processor that's AMD Dual 2,4 Ghz. So, It's pretty good.
Vertical Sync - Disabled.
Triple Buffering - Disabled.
Reduce Input Lag - Disabled.

What are your computer specs?

have you also tried disabling game booster? i have seen some "boosters" hinder performance by trying to clean ram and your page file while gaming which can cause a large decrease in speed.
