WoW fps below 20! when running bot + 32 bit!

I am not sure why but when i run WoW on 64 bit no bot its running at max fps!! possible like 60 with vsync but when i run WoW with bot in 32 bit, Dam my fps is always below 20 when running in a BG of over 10 players!!!! any fix to this?

i know their was a fix because i had the fix back months ago, i involved creating a text document and within their adding some things that when double clicked, It would automatically open Wow 32 bit and make other changes that fix my issue but cant find that anywhere on google

Having this issue while running HB also.

no FPS issues when not running the bot.
