Wow exiting when starting honorbuddy

Sometimes when trying to start honorbuddy it is closing my WoW and Honorbuddy... kinda anoying .. cause the only fix seems to delete my settings folder.. but it's a pain in the ass to change all my personal settings all over again.

Any suggestions what it could trigger it?

Even deleting my settings folder doesnt work anymore... tried every botbase. All will close HB and Wow after some time (10 - 20 seconds)
