I have been running Arch buddy and when stopping it, WoW has crashed twice. The error report window comes up and I choose to cancel it instead of sending it but Im curious if these reports would lead to detection. Any insight would be great!!! Thanks!

it wont lead you on a detection or something but there is no reason to send them anyways

hack.lua errors are the errors that pop-up when the bot tries/tried to do an action when you disconnected. Don't worry about those.

I always wondered if there is a way for Blizzard to log those errors for a specific client or account. I heard those LUA errors are caused because the Bot injected something to the game and if you disconnect/reload your UI, those injections are "gone" but HB still tries to "use" them. Could Blizzard log those errors?

You're disconnected from their servers, so no. And even if so, the .lua code is injected when you're online aswell, and you don't get banned then ;)
