Wow disconnects when using HB.

Hi everyone,

I'm writing here because everytime I use HB WoW disconnects after a few minutes of use. Disconnections happen with every type of bots (pvp, questing, grind...). When I play wow (without hb) there are no disconnections problems and game runs fine so I think the problem is HB related and not cause of my internet provider, for other tasks my internet runs perfectly well.

I used Arelog last night and I see it spent most of it's time relogging me in the game.


What I already tried to solve disconnection problem :

- Run the game without addons
- Uncheck network options
- Delete wow Cache repertory
- Delete HB mesh repertory
- Run as administrator

None of these actions solved my disconnection problem, hope one of you will help me identify the problem.

Running 64Bit WoW ?

No 32bits of course

if you are on dx9 try dx11 and vice versa


also make sure you are running bot WoW(exe) and Hb as admin

Of course I run both HB and WoW as administrator.

I tried dx11 but wow crashed, so I switched back to dx9.

Really don't know what to do
