Wow, Diablo lll, Bnet and all Blizz sites down ??

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone else cannot connect to Wow, Diablo or any Blizzard affliliated website at the moment ? Just got home, fired up Wow and soon as I hit enter, it freezes up then disconnects me. I tried checking official forums, twitter and the like, but cannot connect to any site to check what's up.

Just found the thread on mmochamp, looks like i'm not the only one having issues. And I need more than one gold cap for upcoming black market AH. Wonder what happened.

Those of you who know how to edit their hosts file.... Put this in, launch from WoW.exe (don't go through the launcher), and be happy.
12.129.206.130 us.logon.battle.net

And for you EU people...
213.248.127.130 eu.logon.battle.net

this is how i do it

Local Disk C > Windows > System 32 > Drivers > etc
hosts file(open with notepad ofc)
paste 12.129.206.130 us.logon.battle.net on the bottom of the page
save

if you cant save open a notepad under administrator and open the host through that..and like seriniti said dont forget to open wow.exe and not the launcher.

You are probably going to need to delete this after WoW fixes their shit. So if you apply this fix, and later on can not get back online, DELETE this from your host files and retry.
