WoW crashing when i load Honorbuddy

Hi there,

I've been using Honorbuddy now for a couple of months, with no problems that I couldn't solve by browsing the forums / using a bit of common sense.

I left my bot on last night and came to my computer being off this morning, which was strange.

Now, every time I try to launch HonorBuddy, it crashes my WoW. My friend who bought the bot a couple of days ago had this problem, and I asked him how he solved it, and he said that it was something to do with changing from full screen to windowed mode and had to disable an addon. So I tried disabling all of my addons and tried launching it in full screen mode, but still the same error.

I tried deleting all of my settings folder on Honorbuddy and stuff but still no luck.

Just downloaded and installed a fresh version of Honorbuddy and had the exact same problem

Launch wow in windowed mode not full screen, also make sure your wow is on Direct X9

Yeah I usually have it in windowed mode anyway, but after my friends problem I tried it in fullscreen but still had the same error and am back to windowed mode now.

Yeah it's on DX9 and was working perfectly until this morning.

do you have eslwire installed?
are all your wow addons disabled?
tried to clear your wow cache?

thanks a lot man, it must've been ESLwire that was causing it to mess up! Downloaded it for a CS:GO tourny and completely forgot.
Closing ESLwire sorted it

im just on windows 8.. how did ESLwire stuff your honorbuddy up?

hadn't restarted my PC since I had installed it and closed it after use which was sunday, then for whatever reason my computer was off this morning, might've been a power cut or overheated or something and I didn't realise ESLwire automatically loads up when you start Windows, checked my taskbar when it was suggested and it was there. right clicked it and pressed exit and the problem stopped. Although i had found a temporary fix minutes before that, i usually use the wow.exe in the folder, rather than the launcher, when I started WoW using the launcher, it worked.
