Hey

Are you opening WoW First Then GatherBuddy ?

Running them both as Admin ? Right click then "Run as Administrator" ?

Updated Your .Net Framework ?

P.S. I dont really understand the logs, but im up atm (5am here) so thought i may try and lend a hand ^^
