Hey Folks,
long time user - just moved over to a newer PC but been experiencing crashes. Attached are two logs, one DX9 & one DX11. After the bot has injected into the game, it manages to last anywhere from seconds to minutes.

I have added it to my AV exception (windows), added it to my firewall exception, running both WoW & HB as Admin, made sure conflicting programs are not installed (only potential is Teamspeak but it is not running - and it was crashing prior to installing this too), I've tried removing my .net framework x86's 2008-2015 & then running the wizard again. I've tried a fresh install - even deleting the Bossland appdata folder. WoW does not generate a error log. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure I've overlooked something trivial.

Hi, Grim32, and thank you for the logs.

Just wow! You've done absolutely everything we would've asked you to try, already. :D

But to be honest, the failure mode in both your logs looks like an interfering program. Would you please try again to look for one?

Also, please be aware there may be an interfering program on your machine that we've yet to identify. With 10s of thousands of applications users can install, it is impossible for us to test them all. If you find a new one, please let us know so we can add it to the list.

cheers,

Hey chinajade thanks for the prompt response. Below is an img of the programs installed - I've checked the list and couldn't see any (even removed teamspeak). Nothing stands out as a 'problem' program. Any further thoughts? It's a fairly fresh build on the computer. To be honest this only started happening around the time of the most recent tripwire. Couldn't say if it was before or after - I can't remember.

Edit: I see theres new Nvidia drivers from two days ago - I'll give that a whirl.
Edit2: Nope still crashes with new drivers

Hi again, Grim32, and thanks for the screenshot.

Its obvious you are very thorough. Our only suggestion is to PM Tony with your SkypeID, and allow him to TeamView into your system and have a look. Tony is very gifted at finding these kinds of things.

Sorry you're having such a difficult time with this. It shouldn't be this hard.

cheers,
chinajade
