Wow Crash as Bot attaches to Game ID

First time posting. Usually troubleshoot everything myself via related issues/posts. This time I feel like I am missing something obvious, but cannot figure out what that is.
Downloaded honorbuddy from Bot Downloads>Honorbuddy>etc etc as well as the testing version - Tried other version as well. Found posts stating to delete cache folder, repair wow and turn all addons off and I have done all of the above.
Wow error is ERROR #132 (0X85100084) Fatal Exception! and the Honorbuddy error is Could not read bytes from 00DFBBDE [299]!

Logs for multiple versions are attached.

Are you running:
1. HB as admin
2. WOW in 32 bit mode
3. Reinstall HB
4. Make sure your .Net is up to date.

Like I said in first post, knew it was something obvious - used 4.0 rather than the UPDATED 4.5 .Net

im having the same issue, tried to install 4.5 and it says it already is installed...

we require .net 4.0
just because you have 4.5 does not mean you have 4 installed.

just upgraded to windows 8 and the HB was working before that
i will try 4

Are you running WoW in 32-bit DX11? That's required for Windows 8

if you are on dx9 try dx11 and vice versa
