Wow closes after I login to hb "fails to attach"

Hello I have had this problem for 2 weeks now but have not said anything because I was waiting for someone to have a solution on the forums. It is very frustrating considering i have been using Hb for years now and playing without it is not the same. The programs on the list I don't have. When i check my wow crash file it give me error #132.

dx9 does not work on my pc. when i try to launch wow in dx9 nothing loads its just a solid black screen

Disable Millz Bg buddy in buddy store, and disable everything else, worked for me.

thats what you need to fix then,tried to repair your wow installation and reinstall dx9/VGA drivers?

I completely reinstalled wow, And re downloaded the dx9, same black screen shows up when i try to launch

im currently running dx12 with windows 10

whats your VGA?

Nvidia gforce 960m

made sure your drivers are updated?

also you can try remove and re-install them
