WoW Client Flashing / Notification

My client is constantly flashing like i've recieved a private message.

Its on everything to a guild member logging in, someone typing in guild chat, party chat, or general chat/area chat spamming messages about a town under attack.


Cant find any function to turn this off. Is it a bug, or am i blind and cant find how to turn it off?
