WoW build vaild instance error - help

Im having issues with getting my HB to attach to a WoW application.
below is hte error message.
Im in windos mode and HB is up to date.
any help would be greatly appreicatd.

Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15595

Download the newest version of the Download section.
