wow ban over turned

so i got the dread email today telling me my account was banned i appealed the ban and blizzard actually over turned there decision and gave me a 75 hour suspension instead of a perma ban so there is hope if get your account back but this is the first i have ever heard of this has blizzard go soft or are they just finally learning that people are going to bot and there is not much that they can really do about it

The usually overturn perma bans to 72 hrs the first time.

not my first ban i have been banned before on this bnet account before 2 times before this and both times blizzard said F you not giving it back

Ye, if you have noticed, the time between the suspensions was more than 6 months, the usual time at what the previous suspension record is clearing.

This has also taken place with two of my accounts, very strange.
