Figured I would ask this here, because I am sure some people have experience coding mods or calling WoW's API to do something somewhere whether is be a mod or bot.

The Logitech set of keyboards and gamepads have buttons that you can code a scripts for that use LUA, and I was wondering if anyone knew if its possible to somehow get WoW data in that script using WoW Api.

I basically want to find out how much energy I have and if its say >40 and spellid# is off cooldown, hit button X. I can obviously code the logic to do that, but I don't if I can pass the values from wow into the logitech LUA.

Alright, oh well. It was a good idea.

Do you know they do the LCD screens on the keyboard with WoW Stats? I am assuming they would have to use the API to get that data...

I know on aion someone coded a hack that used the LCD screen to show like nodes and other players in kind of a minimap.

well it looks like support was added for it back in patch 1.11 but im sure by now was removed due to a big whole it leaves open my guess support completely died off as soon as the first version of warden was implemented. (not exactly sure what version). but i like the way this blizzard rep replied to a question about warden, and i think im going to use it here to end this post. however im sure support for it could be handled some how though honorbuddy, i dont have one, so i have no drive to code such a thing.

Unfortunately, us simple Panda folk don’t have the expertise or authority to get involved in discussions on such subjects HSBen. However, we do have a couple of other forums you could post in to get further community feedback;
