Wow Addons and LUA question

Can Honorbuddy or any CC specifically CLU but doesnt matter have the possibility to be impacted by addons? I get message about arguments and LUA errors in HB under diagnostic view alot when running dungeons and stuff. thanks

Thanks Tony, just wanted to make sure I didn't need to uninstall some addons. I like to have certain ones, but I don't absolutely need them if they are impacting performance...
