Hey, I didn't want to make a thread in the Ban report section because the reason why I was banned was my fault entirely. I was foolishly botting Saturday in IOC.
It was the first time when I was banned on this account for botting and it was for 72 hours + I received the final warning. It's that how they handle bots? I was indeed banned previously, back in TBC for some language behaviour but ever since then I've been clean. I also do have another wow account on my bnet, on a different region, on which I got banned in IOC for the reason of exploiting. I wasn't using any bots but I was leeching it by myself. So is it possible that my accounts are linked?

Anyway, what I'm getting here at, should I try to appeal my ban? My account has several years of use and it's been payed by me with credit card. Would they just let go off me that easily?
The ban is expired now, I can play again, however, I would still like to bot. I was leveling characters with it and doing LFR. I have very little time to play because of my work and frankly botting was offering me some kind of pleasure of being able to keep up as little as I can.
I never used it for auction house or gathering. I simply shouldn't have used it in IOC.. it was too obvious.

The 72 hour ban has expired and you still want to appeal it? Forget that. Why bring more attention to your account? Move on. Normally you get a 72 hour ban then a perma ban for botting. They know you were, why try and say you weren't? Don't bot for a while then only do it where you feel safest. Accounts normally aren't linked. You can have several accounts on the same bnet account and only get one of them banned, but how Blizzard conducts is business isn't open knowledge.

Don't bot on anything you can't afford to lose.
