Would this be good for botting?

It's called Tor

https://www.torproject.org/

"protects you by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relays run by volunteers all around the world: it prevents somebody watching your Internet connection from learning what sites you visit, and it prevents the sites you visit from learning your physical location. Tor works with many of your existing applications, including web browsers, instant messaging clients, remote login, and other applications based on the TCP protocol."

Or would this be better?

StrongVPN.com is VPN service, offers security and anonymity for personal use

Why?
Blizz could ban you for using this stuff ... secruity issue do they call it...
They could think that your acc is hacked .. and than a ban...

Well thats what I mean, like, if I got caught botting, I could tell them I was hacked because I would have a different IP. Aka, they would unban me

NO they would ban you instant .. if you use this ...

Yeah they got a list detailing a range of IP's that are flagged as being used for the old "i wuz hacked i'm innocent" crap that people pull.
If you are running lots of bots at the same time I'm sure you would already know better ways of setting up to limit any damage to your business with this deal but for the average HB user VPN's and other stuff like it is just a waste of time and effort.

End of the day if you don't waste to risk it don't use it.

Tor would give you major lag, You can barely surf the web while doing using tor b/c of so many proxies it runs through. Plus multiple people are using each of those proxies. You'll raise a red flag for blizz and you prob wont be able to play because of latency issues
