Would really like to get my money back for being suspended after 3 days of use

Obviously Demon Buddy can't go as undetected as we want it to...probably ran the bot 8 hours for 3 days and already got my account suspended. If at all possible I would like a refund and know where to ask for one.

SUSPENDED. This is probably because you sold alot of stuff on the rmah probably with either mismatch on accountname on paypal or previous paypal related issues.

This happened to me when I didn't bot but played the game when it had it's charm back when Tyrael actually was useful.

RL buddy of mine boguht another diablo key to have more slots on the AH (both Gold and RMAH), his new account he never played on just like 8 Toons for item "keeping" but he had like sold over 1,800€ worth armor, weapons, jewels gems and also gold...
last week his account got suspended... he called blizzy and after some verfication and sending his scanned drivers licence support revoked the suspension

You were likely only suspended, not banned. Check email for more info (very very likely AH related).

DB cannot be detected (yet) as Blizzard cannot scan process outside of D3 without violating some serious privacy laws. People getting banned are usually getting hit for excessive pattern repetition.

Does not change the fact the bot AI is flawed and the risk vs reward is not really all that worth it, without some real support element for the bot.

I am farming A3 champions on 5 accounts with ease. Bot works fine for me (thanks to giles), must be a problem between the computer and the seat.
