WoT crashes on initialization

I've tried the official .zip, installer and this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/tankleader-forum/172010-release-tankleader-9-2-a.html

This is how it goes:
I start WoT, I start Tankleader, I insert my key, WoT closes in a second or two.
