Where the hell is the support? I kinda need it badly.. Been mailing to bossland but he is not awnsering...
Bossland is entitled to a holiday like the rest of us, he does try to deal with stuff when he comes on but there will be loads of things for him to deal with.
Join the club, been waiting 4 days for a invoice to be deleted...4 days without be able to use my bot. what makes it worse tho is you see Bossland online for a hour or so and it still doesnt get fixed...

Are you really ignorant enough to think that the ONE hour he is on, he will skip straight through the maxed inbox he usually has [500+ PM] and go directly to YOUR issue, skipping those who have waited longer then you? Sigh.

not just a hour, see him on numerous times during the day. As for he is on holiday according to the "news" section he returned on the 21st, yet my problem has still not been fixed. When you run a buisness you provide customer support. If you cant handle all the support thats needed you employee more people. I havent been able to use my Product for 5 days now, a product in which I pay for.
