Worried for US

Honestly, not going to stop any of my bots, but given all of the EU bans over the past 2 months, getting more serious now. Hardly any US bans, I have a feeling blizz US is flagging/waiting to ban or else we would be seeing reports of US-botters being banned. but who knows. Discuss! :D
 
lost 2 farmers yesterday. they locked my main as well. had to jump hoops to get the password changed and multiple emails and tickets. happened yesterday at 1700cst.

started a couple hours earlier with mystery dc's throughout the morning. i left around 11am and came back at 4. bots were off so i restarted. they died again at 5 and i couldnt log back on. password change emails went out to all three. while i was working on getting my main back online, ban emails were sent to the farmers.

then, very odd, im running hb on two more farmers, questing with the 1-90pack. those two accounts run fine all night last night. while my main account locks up every 10 minutes or so. no hb, just running around in my garrison, hearthing back and forth to warspear just to show activity on my account.

get your tinfoil hats out. now, why, running the same install of wow, same everything, does one account start locking up. started immediately after being flagged for password change with my other two accounts. while two other farmers who werent flagged for password change run just fine.

my theory--after being flagged for botting with my other two accounts. a gm decides to perma ban my two suicide farmers and put my main, with no obvious evidence of botting, under some sort of tracking to see if they can catch me botting last night. And that tracking method whatever it was, was only affecting my main, allowing my other two levelers to run unobstructed all night.

supporting evidence- my 5 accounts never act the way my main did last night. i cant remember a time when i ever had ANY account act that way.
only my main was affected by the wow client locking up, while my other accounts which were not flagged for password change ran just fine.
my main and two dungeon farmers were sent emails all at the same timestamp. while the farmers were banned, i only had to answer a secret question on my main. which pretty much tells blizz exactly when to start the process of tracking to see if i will bot again in a set period of time.

anyways, whatever was affecting my main account, and no other account running on my comp is gone now. i believe i passed the test while blizz was actively tracking my actions last night.

disclaimer-based on what happened yesterday, could be just good guessing.

EDIT--blizz got my two questers today. My main is still alive but im kinda nervous turning on Enyo for tomorrow nights raid.

No US Bans? I get banned on US after 2-4 days of farming :D Happened 2 times in past 10 days. Also from the gold buyers i heard there were massive bans on us not long ago.
 
there are tons of us bans lately, especially on people just leveling with or without raf, dungeon or questing, multiple or just a few bots, every kind.

This happened to me today while farming with 4 accounts(5hr+), and using one account manually after 5hr+ of farming because it was lagging all of a sudden then DC so I logged back in right away to post some auctions, hearthed to warspear, I was down to 7fps while the farmers were all at a steady 40fps. Tried to go to my garrison, storm wind, same thing.Then it would dc me completely with no error message to log in screen.

Closed wow, opened up a different install of wow. No bot running, started happening 3-5 minutes after logging again so I turned off all the farmers/HB instances and then instant dc on main again, this happened for around 25 minutes the whole time I talked in guild chat saying wtf is going on about the lag etc, etc and so far, Everything is fine 10 hours later so ill hope for the best.

Could be a co-incidence but It is super weird.

Also, their are a lot of EU bans compared to US, maybe it is because a lot of people use RU Keys because they are so cheap and that is why it seem's like more(Because they are suicide'ing more then US accounts?)(Out of the last 50 reported bans in the ban section 35-40+ are EU).

curious, were these accounts purchased with the US 75% off link that was posted a couple days ago?

my two questers were purchased with the link, but my two dungeoneers were purchased at the 10usd sale back in january.
 
US gets banned so bad lately that Ive actually stopped botting for now. Last 3 sets were banned before they even started farming.
 
I had 5 accounts banned around march 3-5th...only had the accounts going for like 5 days or so, less than 10hrs a day.
 
mainly due to fear I do not run multiple accounts or do any grinding/dungeon bots. All I use are Enyo and a combat class for raids that I run (no PvP). I have heard that I should be safe since I am dictating the movement of my toon and not using an auto interrupt or anything but I am still nervous.

Is it anyones experience that using a combat routines in a raid on an otherwise clean account is still safe? or should I take some time to actually perfect my rotation manually... it is my main account.

Also, what about using the kicks leveling profile?

Keep in mind that I never do anything afk and have never used a grinding/farming profile besides Kicks and Enyo.

I'm probably not gonna level via bot then. Whenever I would bot for leveling I would watch my toon 100% of the time and if I saw someone I would stop the bot and do my own thing until they go away. I know im prolly paranoid as fuck but whatever

Interesting story!

It is more than obvious, that after 6.1 Blizzard dared to ban much more than before! They have tightened their filters very well.

I guess they used the months since WOD launch do test and debug their tracking mechanics, and just turn them all post 6.1!

We could safely grind in Draenor 24/7 till 6.1, but no more. On of my grinders got 72h auto-suspension just an hour after its very first 24 hours loop!

It seems we should need to "adopt" again ... sooner than expected!
 
I can tell you something really strange is going on, about the same thing happened to me after just running garrion addon. So i am little worried now about my main, most of my bots never share anything with my main but i am still worriedbeing i have one bot that does sometimes. All are completly different systems with different ip hardware ids etc.

With all that being said i am a little worried now.

Jesus dude, you should be fine. I just have all my bots an a new IP every few days, with a PW change. All on the same Bnet btw. Also if you do get banned you keep your Bnet account... So you keep all mounts, achies, tittles, heirlooms.
