World Server down

I continue to get this error. I recently started using 2 accounts not on the same battle.net, I didnt have this problem when I was using 2 or more accounts on the same battle.net account not sure if its related at all. Both accounts continue to disconnect for whatever reason and by the time I find out I am already logged out. When I try and log back in I get World Server Down errors, even then they are not even in the same area, ones in Pandaria , the other Tannan. I have to go into my folder, delete the WTF/Interface/Cache, and everything works.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this? This doesnt seem like an HB problem. When using 2 different battle.net accounts do I need to do anything special?

Blizzard made a quick statement over battlenet that they have connection problems.

"We are aware of issues that are currently affecting users’ ability to launch and play their games. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible."

Ok so this is happening to everyone then? Havent been paying attention to what blizz says.
