World Quest Issue [Partially SOLVED]

The old world quest auto-loader could be started in most class halls, dalaran, or any zone in broken isles. However, the recent HB patch must have caused an issue with the current calls and needs to be started in the broken isles as of now. I have not tested it for all classes, but paladin hall and dalaran are non functional for me atm.

I can't get it to start anywhere, actually. Run the autoloader, have every type of quest/faction selected, and it says there's no goal.
