world of warcraft retail has stopped working

Ummm... I would remove that file asap and edit it to remove all your character info
 
it doesnt create a hb log it says wow has been terminated no log was created from this but if i run battlegrounds without hb it will never bug out i never had this issue with the past updates of hb i had stopped playing 2-3 months now that i got back to it with the new update seems to be doing this help if you can please :D
 
yeah use random mount was already unchecked and i dont have a mount since the character is lvl 10 so theirs no name in the boxes let me know if you could think of anything else i can repost a log but it will be the same as the one up there most likley i didnt change anything let me know what else i could try
 
can you try dx11 instead plz?
 
alright so i put on dx 11 with the last honor buddy same error i tried with the new beta version its giving me another error here ill post both logs hb log :View attachment 11980 2014-01-01 01.07.txt wow error log : View attachment 2014-01-01 15.55.11 Crash - 13576.txt
let me know if any other ideas come to mind i could also try re installing wow if you guys think that is an option but i dont think it will do it since it use to work on this same wow couple of months back let me know your thoughts
 
dont reinstall wow, but try running the repair tool from your wow launcher.
 
i just did a fresh install still the same issue wow retail has stopped working if you guys figure this error out i see 2-3 people on forums with same issue as me let me know that would be great
 
do you have any 3rd party wow programs enabled?
 
not sure what you mean by third party program but the only thing im running is honor buddy and wow windowed tried dx 9 and 11
 
yeah i dont see anything that could inturrpt i read the help desk i hit ctrl alt delete n turned off anything isnt wow related or honor buddy and still the same issue i really dont see where this could be coming from it use to work fine on the older verions of honor buddy i also looked on the wow forums some people were saying to change things in the wtf cache folder which i did no change i got wow re installed fresh still getting world of warcraft retail has stopped working :( if u guys get any knews on how to fix this let me know it would be great
