World Of Warcraft always crash on in game loading screens

hello , there I have been lately getting this issue once when i on loading screen, there is a a big probability to crash. I have tried to switch to dx11 and d9 , cleared cache of both wow and bot, also check BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki. But i cannot solved. Can you help me? I find i have
install the NVidia Shadowplay but i cannot find a way to uninstall it.

try changing wow to dx9 mode. you can do this via your wow graphic options.


as far as shadowplay just make sure its disabled.

Only NVidia Shadowplay has installed, but i didnot open it. I also cannot find how to unistall the NVidia Shadowplay
