i have a new issue since this night.
as soon as i launch HB and load my toon, loading screen freeze, then he bring me back to toon selection and tell me "world is down" ( not the exact words but i'm not in english langage)

if i launch the game without HB, it work fine ...

world servers in general are down or really weak atm, on one server they work and on my other server they just went down again.. nothing bot related as mentioned before

This morning i encountered the same problem in Kalimdor. I assume this is a problem server side and they are working on stabilising it.
