Worker not pausing at pokestops since update?

Before the update last night the bot would take regular breaks at a pokestop with no issue, however now it seems that it doesn't do that despite it saying upon bootup "next pause at pokestop in 36 minutues" ?
It's acknowledging that it's to do it however it's not actioning it, any ideas why? Thanks.
