Worked fine until update - then greyed out Start button - HELP PLEASE

As stated - I've been using the bot just fine but 5 hours ago I upgraded to v. 1.0.102.0 and since then - start button is un-clickable. I've done nothing different, all my settings are the same, I have tried rebooting, removing and reinstalling....just about everything. Please. It's been 5 hours and I already posted in the main forum for help and heard nothing back from anyone, let alone devs. I've paid to use this software and it's not working as advertised. A solution or fix would be nice because when it does work, it works really well...thanks.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
