Is there a known workaround for this yet?
I was told previously to send an email to "[email protected]" which I did 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a reply other than the auto response of it being recieved.
On the support site my ticket appears and is "Awaiting assignment to a support agent"

I really would like to purchase an Herbalism profile and have not been able to for 4 days now.
