Workable Wiz build?

I've just gone back to playing my Wiz, taking a break from the WD. I last had her specced as Frost, been trying a few different things tonight, but mainly DB just stands there and spams Ray of Frost no matter what I switch around.

Does anyone have a good combat routine for Wiz? I have Thunderfury w/Emerald and Mirrorball as weap/OH, the rest is 2set Firebirds, 3set Capt Crimson's, and assorted pieces from there.
