Hi, HB4571Q91, and thanks for the log!

You're in Blade's Edge mountains, and there is no ground path back to your corpse that Honorbuddy can figure out. You're going to have to help HB out when your toon dies like this. As, HB won't use flight to get back to your corpse--it doesn't natively fly.
