wont show settings tab on honourbuddy

hey guys i didnt know where to post this so i thort id do it here

iv been having a problem when running honourbuddy when i click the settings tab it pops up on a seperate screen on my task bar at the bottom but when i try to click on it it does nothing like there isnt anything there aalso it does the same with the cc tab so i cant change my cc settings iv tryed updating it and multiple fresh installes but nothing has worked

heres a quick start/ stop log if this helps ?

Hover over the taskbar, then put your mousebutton over the window you can't see, right click, maximize, then drag it wherever you want.
