won't play explosive trap and snipe trap at turn 15 ~ with 6 spare mana

So basically it refused to play snipe and explosive trap at high turns with 10 mana crystals and tons of spare mana. Also had a eagle eye bow, that makes playing traps an even higher priority. I paused the bot and played the traps.

I see what the problem is, the AI skips playing traps if enemy has no minions.
