wont open my Class Config

I have 2 HB one for each computer however on one when i try to open my "Class Config" for a CC it does nothing at all, but on the other computer when i do this is open with no problem for the same cc. what should i do?

this is the log today when i try to open the class config for the alterboy cc for Shadow Priest.

looks like a file is missing

re-install your CC
