In order for us to fully diagnose any faults we need to be able to read the entire log file for the active session where you experienced faults.
It is not only important, it is critical you attach the log file in order for us to resolve this issue.

No offense, I know you are new here, but simply saying "my character is not moving" without providing any additional information is not condusive to a resolving your issue. In the future when requesting support please provide as much information as possible and always attach the relevant log file.
You will find that everyone will require you to attach your log file when requesting support, from Honorbuddy support to plug-in, combat routine & profile developers. A log file contains almost all of the information required in order for us to diagnose most issue.

I would say that its downloading the mesh files required to navigate to the quest giver.
Mesh files are how HB navigates. These are downloaded from the HB mesh server when HB needs to navigate from one location to another. Mesh files do change over time and HB will re-download mesh files should something change.

HB appears to have an issue with the folder the mesh files are being downloaded to.
[23:10:27.477 D] Could not create user mesh directory! Path cannot be the empty string or all whitespace.
Change the location of the Mesh Folder Path. This can be done by clicking Settings & Tools, in the "Meshes" group click the Change button and select another folder path. Try something simple like C:\HB Mesh Files.
