Won't loot pokestops

For some reason I can no longer loot pokestops using PF on only one of my accounts. It's been happening for awhile. The bot walks from stop to stop but never collects. (iyes I have "loot pokestops" checked.

When I log in with my other account (same exact settings) it loots just fine. The only difference with the 2 accounts is that this one has extra bag space, and also a buddy.

I am able to loot IRL so it's not a soft ban. I have tried exiting and re-starting, and have updated to the most recent version.

Try a clean installation for that folder again.

I did a complete clean install. Removed the old, downloaded the zip file and extracted to a new folder. Still won't loot pokestops.

Are you running any VPN on that account?

Nope, no VPN

the clean install DID work, I realized when I re-did all of my settings I forgot to change one of the settings (skip pokestops if more than 80 balls). I am good to go, and back to looting.
