wont load up ???

stuck on loading when it s checking for buddy store products ? not doing anything ...... any help ??

For the past 2 days I have been experiencing the exact same issue. all log files indicate no messages besides the example listed below:

[18:00:04.733 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.13613.783 started
[18:00:10.414 N] Logging in...
[18:00:11.287 N] T: 5247339242531735270 H: 2387002265

-If I leave the HB console open it will change the Last line to several other series of T & H numbers
-I have been going through several posts following their advise to the tee. none of the mentioned solutions are resolving the issue for me.
-Removed all DOT net versions, re-installed them via the wizzard and manual mode
-Removed all Visual C++ Redistibutables and re-installed them via wizzard
-Emptied Settings folder as suggested - no luck

Late last night after 6 hours of testing, I managed to log in & had some gameplay for about 2 hours. Came home from work this evening and encountered another evening of no responses - past 5 hours.

- Wow plays fine no hassles there
- internet access working perfectly
- latency is normal as per usual expectancy
- no firewalls up and running
- disabled AV and tested as well - no luck
- tried various HB versions ...v82 ....v83 and even tried older versions updating them completely. no luck
- tried WOW and HB on 2 other game machines and results remain the same.

Open for any suggestiions. Thanks NP7
