Won't Let Me Download

Trying to download the newest Test version Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3972, to see if it'll work with the latest patch. I get redirected to a page that says I don't have permission to access the page. Thanks.

I get that with any version now..

Apparently we can't download the new HB until it is released. Also the older version won't bind to WoW. Pretty much have to wait until the new HB is ready. I have the same problem.
