I had the same problem, and then I realized I derped and was trying to use a card that they didn't accept. Have you tried using paypal?

I would try the support forums, as well.

Paypal is the way to go if you have one. Also, try using Firefox if all else fails.

turns out my bank doenst like paying europe lol my debit card people called me ring twice never left a message they were so nice... i ended up calling the bank wondering why i couldnt buy shit at the store bingo..... now the problem is buddywing cant find my payment when i told the bank to let it go threw.....

try registering at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal using the same e-mail you used during checkout.
once you get in, if your order completed you should have a key listed.
