Won't let me buy DemonBuddy

I get this error

If you are from Germany or live temporary in Germany, then buying this product is not allowed and the transaction was declined.

but I live in Canada, should I just wait it out and try again later ?

Same thing is happening for me and my roommates. Can't purchase the 1 year 1 session, and we live in the US..
