I've been trying to get them to add an FAQ to stop these endless threads, but if it's still not working for you, try disabling your antivirus for a few minutes while you try to download. That fixed it for me.

this is true. i disabled my Avast for a few minutes and it downloaded fine. problem solved! thx all!
