Won't Defend self in GB2?

Title says it all. How do I get my toon to defend itself in GB2. I am running shadows herb profs, and am in a low level area with a 85. Once I get attacked at a node (say by a 20 something) my guy just stands there. The issue is he never fights back, herbs, or leave, just stands there. Is this normal? If not what should I do.

I used sigular druid, and FPSware druid, both have same issue. Additionaly, It will not let me access the settings tab. I have to use the advanced feature on the GUI to be able to manipulate the GB2 settings.
