Wont catch mons

I have tried all the usual things to try and sort it but everything seems to be in place. Ive even deleted and re installed a fresh version to try and get it going. Pokemon are being ignored even if i manually tell it to catch them it will look as if it is doing so then not. anyone else having the same issue?

Have you checked so your inventory isnt full so it cant pick up pokeballs? Ive managed to miss that a few times, wondering why the bot catch pokemons.
